The Rodriguez Vaughn Institute was designed to enhance individual performance, elevate professional standards, and recognize nerds, geeks and squares who demonstrate the knowledge essential to the practice of multidisciplinary nerdery.
Its curriculum, comprised of weekly gaming sessions and miscellaneous film and art projects, is run by university professors, industry experts, and leading practitioners in any number of nerdy fields and associated industries.
While on-site, attendees participate in hours of simulations from the subtle to the sublime and engage in lively discussions on a multitude of matters affecting pinheads of all stripes. Music appreciation is encouraged as well as imbibing sophisticated beverages, some of which are manufactured on-site.
The Rodriguez Vaughn Institute is located just a few blocks from the Witte Museum and Botanical Gardens in Mahncke Park.
