I could be there. Say about 9:00?
Can we have a flatter table than the door? Do I need to bring a card table?

Some rulings on Astral Slide:
Equipment
Q: What happens if I Astral Slide out a creature with equipment? Does the equipment drop off or is it removed from the game?
A: When a creature leaves play all equipment attached to it will become unattached from that creature and remain in play. This includes when a creature is removed from the game by Astral Slide's ability. The only exception to this is when a creature leaves play and goes to the phased out zone when the attached equipment will 'phase out' with the equipped creature. Any other time a creature leaves play and goes to the removed from game zone, a player hand, graveyard, or library the equipment attached to it will stay in play.
Local Enchantments/Auras
Q: on the card Astral Slide, if a creature is enchanted, and you were to Astral Slide it out of the game, would that creature come back into play with the creature-enchantment still on it?
A: No. Astral Slide only affects the creature. After the creature is removed from play, the Aura would be put into its owner's graveyard as a state-based effect, because it wouldn't be enchanting a legal permanent.

Y'know, that is what I originally thought, but there was a guy in a Magic Instructor shirt that had said otherwise a few months back. Glad that you clarified this issue!!
thanks
