I'm game if y'all are. It should be an action packed, if somewhat turkey addled game.

I voted in the affirmative, but I am still iffy. I have plenty of family stuff to do and don't want to rush it. I'll try to be there, but there is the possibility that I won't.

Ruth seems to think there's no reason for you to miss it, though you may be late. She figures you'll need to be home well in time so your little one can go to bed before 9, otherwise he'll be a little monster (her words, not mine).

I for one will not be addled by turkey.

Possibly, however, by some pints of Young's Oatmeal Stout.

I wish I could get the turkey drunk first before I eat it.

I heard straight men have to get their birds drunk before they can eat them. My condolences.

Hey the turkey was a great lay, laying there all cold and motionless.

mmm turkey, my favorite is the underdone bird, all hot and slathery on the outside but cold and icily delicious on the inside.  Perfect for using the baster for repeated injections.

I have Jackie Mason writing my material.

And when he's not able to work, I call in Gene Simmons. Because these days they're virtually indistinguishable.
