Ok grumpy, take er easy. I was referring to China Melville's 'Perdido Street Station,' which you had expressed an interest in reading. Since you are likely trapped in bed, reading should be a good option. You would be infectious from 5-7 days after you first started feeling ill, and likely had a 3-5 day incubation period for the bug.
