Death may be the greatest of all human blessings.

That you should always thank your dread necromancer and compensate her well.

On an unrelated note, I may miss this weeks game. My niece is in town to run a marathon and we'll be hanging out.

Why would she run a marathon?  Who will be chasing her for 26 miles?

Yeah, after the first 50 feet I'd let them catch me.

Have we picked up anything in the swamp besides Senor Cinco Sockets?  Anything that might be of use getting through the door?  Do any of us have stonecraft?  We have no elf anymore to see secret doors, correct?

I only ask because I care.  And also because we made next to no progress last week.

And thank you, Deacon, for carrying me across that amazingly deep swamp.

Clearly, the only way in is for me to kill the cleric of Torm and raise him as a mindless zombie.

From his attitude and presentation I thought he already was a mindless zombie?

He could still do that. Although we might need to muzzle him to make sure he doesn't try to take a bite out of you.

It's interesting to see how those of weak faith deal with their insecurities with humor.

Oh, I have plenty of faith. Just not in your god.
