Will caretake wierd skulls for food

Hey Sanford (and anyone else who may know), when you are making a dish and the recipe calls for curry powder, what do you use?  I am sure that there are many good kinds, and McCormick's is probably not top of the line.  Any warnings or recommendations?

We've been using some Morton & Bassett Curry, definitely a cut above McCormick, but there is probably better. Depending on what kind of curry you like to make having a little coconut milk on hand ain't a bad thing.
 I'm more interested in what Sanford says than what I just said.
